資料政策 Data Policy

本政策說明我們為支援 CARDINOVA 所提供之產品與功能（下稱「CARDINOVA」或「產品」），我們如何搜集、使用與處理你所提供的資料。

Thank you for using CARDINOVA product (hereafter referred to as “CARDINOVA” or “Product”). To help you understand how Singular Wings Medical Co., Ltd. (hereafter referred to as “Company” or “We”) collects, uses and processes the data you provide through Beatinfo products.

在沒有你的事先同意下，我們不會將你的個人資料給予第三方，除了國家的需要或是法律上提出必須提供的要求。

We will not disclose your personal information to third parties without your prior consent, except for those that are of national interest or that need to be disclosed to law enforcement agencies in accordance with the law.

我們蒐集哪些資料？ Data we connect

為了提供 CARDINOVA 相關產品服務，我們必須搜集並處理關於你的資料，所蒐集的資料包含下列項目。

For the purpose to provide CARDINOVA services, we must collect and process your data, including followings.

1. 你提供的資料與內容 The data and content you provide

我們蒐集你使用我們產品時所提供的內容，並由我們的系統自動處理，其中包含註冊帳號、個人資料、透過我們裝置所記錄的生理資訊、以及與其他系統整合取得的資訊等。

We collect, store, and process the data you provide, generated during your use of the app, or allow access to, including but not limited to your account, personal profile, and physiological information etc.

2. 使用情形 Usage

我們會蒐集你使用我們產品的相關資訊，包括你查看的內容、使用的功能、採取的動作，以及活動的時段、頻率和持續時間。

The data how you use our products, including the content you read, functions you use, action you take, and the period, frequency of activities

3. 在我們產品上進行的交易相關資訊 Transaction information in our product

如果你使用我們的產品從事購買行為或其他金融交易，我們會蒐集該筆交易的相關資訊，包括信用卡或簽帳金融卡號碼及其他卡片資訊等付款資訊、其他帳號及驗證資訊，以及帳單、運送和詳細聯絡資料等。

If you carry out a transaction in our product, we will connect your transaction information, including credit card or debit card number, other cards information, account, identity, bill, contact and transportation information.

4. 裝置資訊 Device Information

我們會蒐集你使用裝置的相關資訊，包括：

• 裝置屬性：作業系統、硬體及軟體版本、電池電量、訊號強度、可用儲存空間、應用程式及檔案名稱等資訊。
• 識別資料：專屬識別碼、裝置編號及其他識別資料。
• 裝置訊號：藍牙訊號，以及關於周邊 Wi-Fi 存取點、藍牙訊號發射器及基地台的資訊。

We also collect the information of your devices, including

• Device property: Operation system, Hardware and Software version, Battery energy level, Application name, Document ID etc.
• Identity: Unique ID, Device number, and other identities
• Device signal: Bluetooth Signal, information of WIFI AP, BT Transmitter and Receiver.

我們如何使用這些資訊？ How do we use this data?

我們會透過下述方式使用所蒐集到的資訊，以提供及支援《CARDINOVA 服務條款》所列之產品及相關服務，作法如下：

We are using your data in the following ways to provide CARDINOVA product.

1. 提供個人化服務以及改善產品

我們會使用蒐集到的資料來提供個人化服務以及改善產品。為了提供切合你需求的個人化產品，我們會根據蒐集到的資訊來開發、測試和改進產品。

WE use your Identity during your use of our product, and provide personal user experience. We also use your data for the development, test and improvement of our product.  

2. 與你聯絡

我們使用所蒐集的資訊向你發送行銷資訊，傳達我們的產品內容，並向你吿知我們的相關政策和使用條款。你與我們聯絡時，我們也會以你的資料作為回覆內容的依據。

We will send your marketing information, product information, and any updates of our policy and terms by the contact information you provide.

如何管理或刪除關於你的資訊？ How to manage or delete your data?

我們提供你讀取、修改以及清除你的資料功能。若你要刪除你的個人資料，可以透過我們的連絡電子郵件信箱與我們聯繫，我們將會盡快回覆。

We provide functions of read, modification, and deletion for your data. If you wanna delete your account, please contact us by email. We will respond soon.

我們會如何通知你有關本政策的變更？ How we contact you for the policy changes.

我們會在變更本政策前通知您，讓您在選擇繼續使用我們的產品前，有機會審閱修訂後的政策。

We will notify you before we change this policy. You will have a chance to review, and use our products.
