Rover CGM app FAQ

AI-driven, non invasive
Continuous Glucose Monitoring

The app requires BEATINFO Sensor to work.
Device is sold separately

Wear the sensor using strap

Plug the sensor to the chest strap. Confirm that both metal buckles are securely fastened.

Adjusting the chest strap: adjust the strap to your chest size. A slightly tighter fit will provide a better measurement.

When wearing the chest strap, the sensor should face forward and the round button must point towards the right arm. The chest strap must be in direct contact with the skin: there should be no clothing obstructing the connection. Before use, you can dampen the strap slightly to improve signal transmission and obtain measurement values.

Place the sensor on the patch connectors and push until you hear a -CLICK!-.

Tear off the sticker, and wear the patch on the chest as shown in
pictures.

To connect the sensor to the app, and start monitoring your blood glucose, first, turn on sensor until the LED light flash blue and be sure the Bluetooth on your mobile is turned on. Follow the step-by-step video to connect the sensor to the app.

1- Place the sensor into the small plastic charging dock in the packaging. The button must be outside.

Connect the USB charging cable.

Now connect the charging cable to a USB charger or PC USB port.
A flashing blue light indicates charging is in progress.

A lit green light indicates charging is complete.

To preserve the sensor remember to regularly clean the snap connectors and the sensor with a dry soft towel.

To take care of the strap: rinse with running water after use. Clean it regularly. Remember that strap doesn’t last forever: it wears out like any other garment you wear and wash regularly.

The sensor and other Singular Wings products (including sensors, apps, and accessories) are designed to measure heart rate (ECG/EKG), respiration rate, and temperature during daily activities and exercise sessions. When used with compatible apps and accessories, the sensor can also monitor calories and heart rate variability (HRV), and track your position, distance, and location. No other use is intended or implied.

The sensor must NOT be used by the following individuals: pregnant women, children, or patients with an implanted pacemaker. It must also not be used in conjunction with a cardiac defibrillator (AED), computed tomography (CT), magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), or a neurostimulator.
